This app is not a doctor. Stop & Heal gives you general educational information about how your body recovers. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care. Quitting alcohol, benzodiazepines, or certain other substances abruptly can be medically dangerous. Speak to a health professional before you stop.
By downloading or using Stop & Heal ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service or the Google Play Terms of Service, whichever applies. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its content.
The recovery timelines, milestones, and body messages in the app are compiled from public health literature and are presented as general education. They describe typical patterns, not your body. Individual recovery varies with dose, duration, genetics, and health status. Nothing in the app is a medical diagnosis or a treatment plan.
Withdrawal from alcohol and from certain sedatives can cause seizures and can be fatal without supervision. If you are physically dependent, seek medical help before stopping.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately. The app is not an emergency service.
The health content and the panic screen are free, permanently. Anka is an optional paid tier that adds unlimited journeys, a higher Light multiplier, and cosmetics.
Auto-renewal. Monthly and yearly Anka plans renew automatically at the end of each period at the price then shown by the store, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
Managing and cancelling. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your store account settings (on iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Free trial. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices are set per region by the store and are shown to you in your currency before you confirm. We may change prices for future periods; the store will notify you as required by its rules.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Your recovery data is stored only on your device. We do not have it and cannot recover it for you. If you delete the app, change device without a backup, or reset your phone, your history may be permanently lost. Anka purchases can be restored through the store using "Restore purchases"; your tracked data cannot.

Use the app for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to circumvent purchase verification, tamper with the app's stored data to fabricate progress, or use the app in any way that breaks the law where you live.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information in it is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome, relapse, or loss of data arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app. If you use the app on iOS, Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms with the right to enforce them against you.
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or discontinue the app, or features of it, at any time; if we discontinue a paid feature you have already bought, we will act in accordance with store policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
